Harrisburg responded to a overturned tractor-trailer which was carrying a corrosive substance. Harrisburg provided decon & rapid intervention for Concord's Hazmat Team. 

Hwy 49 was shut down for over 7 hours, while the product was offloaded onto another tractor-trailer.
