On Sunday Morning August 12, 2007 Harrisburg FD was called to an MVA. Harrisburg Engine 1 arrived to find a tractor-trailer. inside a building. Engine 1 Captain Christopher established command as the crew of Engine 1 began a search for any patients. No driver or patients were found. The truck appeared to be a runaway that rolled through a parking lot and crashed into the building. Concord Fire & Life Safety Collapse 5 was called to survey the damage and to shore the building. Cabarrus County Sheriff's Department is investigating the accident.
