Camper Fire October 29, 2005 On Saturday October 29th at 0646 hours Harrisburg FD, Concord Fire & Life Safety and Jackson Park VFD were dispatched to a camper fire with people trapped. Harrisburg Engine 1651 arrived on scene to find a mobile home with heavy fire showing. The subjects that were reported to have been trapped escaped from the blaze and were taken to the hospital by POV before Harrisburg units arrived on scene. The patient suffered life threatening injuries. The cause of the blaze is being investigated by Cabarrus County Fire Marshall's office. The NCSBI was called in due to the camper possibly being used as a meth lab. |
