Harrisburg Fire Department was dispatched to lighting strike to a
residence. HB 13 arrived and reported a two story house with nothing
showing and established Command. HB Engine 2 was assigned investigation.
The owner reported smoke in the attic area of the residence. HB Engine 1
was instructed to set up for a reverse lay and water supply. HB Engine 1
crew was then assigned to assist Engine 2 on the inside of the
structure. HB Engine 2 officer (Craig) advised they had a small fire in
the wall that they were working on containing. The electrical utility
was shut off to the house by HB Engine 2 driver. After a few minutes HB
Engine 1 officer (Field) advised a control time and all units were
cleared while holding HB Engine 1 and Engine 2 on scene releasing all
other responding departments.Responding
